🍒  In January 2021, we will present the book “Ukraine: Food and History”. It’s an edition on culinary diplomacy we have worked on in 2020 together with our partners Їzhakultura. 
 
💫 Feel the spirit of the final preparations of the book. The chefs are cooking dishes, scientists are collecting stories, and the creative team is filming the diversity of Ukrainian cuisine. The authentic textile and ceramics produced by Ukrainian masters will add a special flavour to the book.
