Ukraine's #1 BBQ (Chicken Shashlik/Kebob) | 3 DAY RECIPE
Shashlik is an absolute at any Ukrainian cookout. As the smell pf burning wood and joyful music from Ukraine drifts up into the sky we reminisce on past experiences and talk about the future.

3 Tablespoon of Mayo per a Chicken Breast
Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Medium Onion (Grated)
1 Tablespoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Paprika
1 teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper
2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder or 3-4 cloves of Fresh Garlic
