I tried Ukrainian food for the first time

RECIPE for 2
2 potatoes
4 shallots (or 1 small onion), diced
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt, pepper to taste
Method
1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then grate into a bowl using the star pattern on a grater.
2. Add shallots, flour and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
3. Fry in a skillet with oil for 1-2 minutes on both sides, until golden brown.
4. Usually served with sour cream, but since this is a vegan version I omitted it. Feel free to eat whatever way you like :)
