- Blended ewa agoyin sauce - (4 red bell peppers (510g), 2 sweet peppers (200g), 1/2 of a medium sized onion (75g - blending)
- Pepper seeds
- 1 tablespoon of crushed chillies (10g)
- 1 cup of palm oil (200g)
- 1/2 of a medium sized onion (75g - for frying)
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt (5g)
- 2 knorr chicken stock cubes (8g)
