Ingredients:
Four ripe plantains
-
2 whole Tilapia fish - 500-700g each

Sauce recipe:
Blended scotch bonnet pepper
Blended red onions
Blended Tatashe
Blended tomatoes - 4tbsp
Blended crayfish fish -
Red organic palm oil- 700- 1LTR
Salt- to taste
Seasoning cubes- optional
Cameroon pepper- to taste

Fish marinade:
Blended onions
Blended scotch bonnet pepper
Salt- to taste
Seasoning cubes- optional
Blended crayfish
Cameroon pepper
Red organic palm oil.

Important tips: Grill plantain at 200•C for 25-30 minutes on both sides.

Grill fish on 200•C for 45 mins on one side and 15-20 minutes on the other side. Do not allow the moisture content of fish to dry out.
